NFACT is a coalition of the state departments of agriculture for New Mexico, Florida, Arizona, California, and Texas (NFACT). Formed in 1999, NFACT's purpose is to educate and bring attention to the coalition's views and concerns regarding federal farm policy and its effect on specialty crop agriculture.
